Palin Response to Gibson and Bush Doctrine Question

I thought Governor Palin's initial response to Gibson's question concerning the definition of the Bush doctrine was insightful in regards to the fact that there is not a single answer to the question. The Bush Doctrine has been defined as several different foreign policy ideologies over his administration including philosophies on preventative war, pre-emptive war, the spread of democracy, and so on. Therefore, when she initialy replied to Gibson with, "In what respect, Charlie?", I took it as a response that showed she at least had an understanding of what it was and that she wanted to know which version of the doctrine he was referring to.
